2020 Deadlines for Exhibitors and Vendors:
 

 November 1st

 Application is made available with Super Early Bird Pricing.
 Must pay with a credit card at time of registration for Super Early Bird rate.
 December 13th   Super early bird pricing ends. Price increase for exhibits.
 March 1st  Early bird pricing ends. Prices increase for exhibits.
 March 1st  Last day to submit FOOD VENDOR applications*
 April 26th   Last day to submit payment by check (credit card payments still   accepted)
 May 18th  Last day to submit any equipment needs (sidewall, electric, etc.)
 May 22nd   Certificate of Insurance for accepted EXHIBITORS due
 Certificate of Insurance for accepted FOOD VENDORS due
 May 22nd  Last day to submit EXHIBITOR Applications
 May 22nd  Confirmation Packets sent out (via email) to all participants
 June 4th   Load-In Begins for EXHIBITORS and FOOD VENDORS
 June 5th   12:00pm-2:00pm -- Sneak Peak for FOOD VENDORS
 6:00pm -- GATES OPEN
 12:00am -- GATES CLOSE
 June 6th   10:00am - GATES OPEN
 12:00am - GATES CLOSE
 June 7th  11:00am - GATES OPEN
 7:00pm - GATES CLOSE
 7:45pm -- Load-out Begins

*or until all spaces are filled.
